Throughout life, emotions can get trapped and cause anxiety or make us feel disconnected. They can cause depression and keep us from enjoying love and happiness. Stuck emotions can even affect the physical body, causing pain and potentially even more detrimental diseases. 

Emotion Code is a healing technique that identifies and literally releases stuck or trapped emotions that have settled in the body during or after negative past events. Releasing emotions allows the body to open to greater healing - paving the way for physical and emotional difficulties to disappear or become more manageable.

Using a pendulum, an Emotion Code practitioner is able to identify which emotions are creating a disturbance related to particular physical symptoms or ailments to identify and release trapped or hidden emotions.
